Great weekend. The girlfriend and I got to sleep in both days. I got mail-order records on Friday AND Saturday! OCS, new Digital Leather 7", Final Solutions LP, Coachwhips LP, Strate Coats 7"...and more! Plus I got the new Plastic Idol Remenbers 7" and it be awesome. I got this the weekend before, where I also scored the Trashies new LP "What Makes A Man Get Trashed?" However, I got around to listening to them this week. AWESOME! So, musically, I'm in a good mood. This also influenced my playing more garage punk stuff, searching through LP stacks and cool compilations. Everything I played on Exodus this weekend was on vinyl and maaaaaan can that be stressful. Three turntables didn't feel like enough. Killimanjaro merely pointed out everytime my buttcrack was showing as I bent over cueing records. Good man. Did I mention the new Show and Tell release Black Time/Husbands split 7-inch? Ack! Awesome!
I also got vegetarian boots! Just in time for summer.
Exodus: 3/18/07
